I contacted Mustand informing them our basement had flooded and it was starting to smell like mold. They gave me tips on how to clean it, and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do an inspection. They were here the next day checking everything out and was very helpful! They gave us the option to use them for cleanup, and they also gave us instructions on how to do it ourselves if we wanted. They did not pressure us into using their business, which was huge! After 10 days of broken pipes pouring water into my kitchen and basement while I was out of town, the flood damage was extensive.
